Programme Management must work hand in glove with the Programme Management Office (PMO) so that progress and all relevant metrics can be understood, captured and reported through the regular reporting and Steering Group oversight processes put in place by the Business to manage the Programme workstreams: to manage costs; to agree resources going forward; to sign off on changes not originally planned for; and to identify blockages to success and mitigate these.
