ERP Programme & Project Management

One of the main reasons why ERP Programmes and Projects fail, Project Planning is a key activity that may initially be defined at a high level even as early as your ITT or RFP submission inviting System Integrator (SI) vendors to bid to design and implement your new systems.

 

Whether your implementations are a series of project streams being managed as a Programme, or as a standalone Project stream, project management requirements are always characterised as always needing to be completed within tight timescales, and at a fraction of the estimated cost, yet it is perhaps the single key task that you must get right from the very start. 

 

Key to success in programme or project management is that you are using the most relevant and agile methodology for your implementation (or combination thereof, for example, whether that be PRINCE2 and/or Oracle AIM).  My expertise will guide you through the most appropriate PM toolsets that are relevant to your implementation, and identify the key mechansims by which you can maintain control of your implementation programmes and programme outputs.
