No Systems Implementation will be succesful without having mapped out where a business wants to get to (in terms of the applications and modules to be used to achieve an identified business requirement), as well as how 'new ways of doing' will be supported in terms of infrastructure and architecture support in order to maintain performance capability. 

 

Making it work - ensuring that what is implemented is done in a way that justifies the original vision, and delivers the business requirement - will depend on how mature the 'To Be' business process design will be, and how these will be integrated into the new delivery systems with a footprint that maximises financial return with no additional complexity.

I can provide extensive experience in bid work across the 'Big 4' sales environment - from developing 'Go To Market' tools, defining the ERP 'USP' for a given consulting partner; through to the deployment of the Huthwaite SPIN toolset to define the Customer Engagement Life Cycle (CELC), and how to understand the Bid Requirements - such as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation to Tender (ITT), and respond in the most effective manner.
